As an SDR, you'll drive new business growth across the US and UK by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with prospective clients.
Using a strategic, multi-channel approach, you'll generate high quality opportunities, uncover business challenges, and create pipeline for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Own your pipeline across the US and UK through targeted, multi-channel prospecting.
Open doors with senior HR, benefits and business leaders, turning cold outreach into high-value commercial conversations.
Partner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities, influence deal strategy and contribute to winning new business.
Work closely with Marketing to build and execute creative account-based outreach campaigns
Actively test messaging, sequences and channels, and bring what's working back to the wider team
Identify untapped opportunities, challenge conventional approaches and continuously test new ways to generate demand.
